How to run a marathon

Have you been thinking about running a marathon? A few years ago, while preparing for one, you hurt yourself, and had to take a break. Since then, you didn't restart your training. Time and time again, you put it off, for what you though were good reasons. But it never really left your mind. In fact, the longer you put it off, the more anxiety built up around it. Until one day, when you say "fuck it", put on your running shoes and went outside. Every new habit should start with a two-minute version. So for the first day, that's enough. The rest will follow. Or it won't. But the anxiety about starting again is gone.
